Historic Renovation & Adaptive Reuse
(c. 1860) Carbonear, Newfoundland - Work included a complete code analysis for proposed adaptive reuse of one of the first historic buildings to be registered in Newfoundland. Due to the historic nature of the building and the complexities of the proposed us group, alternative solutions were proposed, accepted, and designed which met the Life Safety requirements and were approved by all authorities having jurisdiction.

Feasibility study for the town's facilities incorporating the volunteer fire department, recreation department, maintenance department, and recycling depot. Task included providing professional guidance to council on the most practical and economically viable solutions to fulfill the needs of the town.
Ecclesiastical
Kitchener, Ontario - Work included the design of a 1,750 square meter, two-story addition to the existing church which included a new sanctuary, gymnasium, cafeteria, kitchen, offices, conference rooms, and other ancillary spaces. Wiseman Architecture's scope of work included re-zoning, site plan review, concept design, design development, construction documents, and tendering.
